I drove the business model, strategic roadmap, and product architecture—leading the end-to-end delivery of an AI matching platform, Azure Power Apps backend, user-centric web applications, and multi-provider logistics API integrations.

As Digital Transformation Manager at DEC, I led a multi-channel operational shift while managing multi-million-pound budgets.
